The opening is left open for a straw (slide close piece will not work) - the accents are permanently adhered to the lid (not an insert)

Made from resin, clay, glue, plastic, uv resin, possibly other items. Not for ingesting and keep away from small children.
They are not overly fragile, however if you drop it, it could break, just like any resin or clay items.
